He de Zu

He de Zu (something like 'River Lord') is a Fire Lord who follows the plan of Lapolakh, the Spirit of Fire, also known by other names such as Khepera, who intends to close the 'Circle of Khepera', increasing the heat of the galaxy by approaching the stars and matter plus energy as a mean to increase both the chains of production and the resistance against a possible 'Big Rip'. He de Zu is originally a citizen from haijian, but his trainings had him becoming something other than human, immune to fire and able to partially control it.
